1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Bennie Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
2. All Sales Are Final
All products purchased from Bennie Cosmetics are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the nature of our beauty and skincare items.

3. Cancellation Policy (Appointments & Classes)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or failure to show up, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit:

$30 deposit for regular appointments

$50 deposit for makeup classes
All deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule once if changes are made more than 24 hours in advance.
4. Booking Policy
All services require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Clients must arrive on time. Lateness of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or a late fee of $15 for every 30 minutes.
Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise noted.
Children are not allowed unless they have their own booked appointment, or you request prior permission if you do not have a sitter.
For classes, please arrive prepared with any materials requested during booking.
5. Makeup Class Policy

All class deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Classes may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Recording is only permitted with prior approval.

Please be respectful of class time, materials, and other attendees.

6. Payment Policy
We accept major debit/credit cards and approved digital payment methods.

Deposits are required for all services.

Full payment is due at the time of service or purchase.

Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in a permanent booking ban.

7. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and billing/shipping details to process orders, book appointments, and provide updates.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications and marketing messages from Bennie Cosmetics. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
We do not sell your information. Data is only shared with trusted third-party providers (such as shipping carriers or payment processors) to fulfill services.

If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, simply let your service provider know before your appointment.
